Overview Display the contents of baskets before and in most cases, after the order is finalized. If you have not packed your store databases, you can still recover most information from lost orders. Exception: If using Merchant 5.x and MySQL, you will not be able to see the data if you have deleted the baskets or the order has completed. This module provides the ship to and bill to customer info. It lists the products and their attributes that were ordered. It lists the shipping, tax, coupons, discounts and other miscellaneous entries. It also displays the payment module and data element (not the CC number).
Initial Setup 1) In admin, click Add Modules 2) Click the file upload button 3) Browse to find the expiry.mvc file on your hard drive and upload 4) Click Add to add it to the domain 5) Click the image to the left of your store name 6) Click on the Utilities link 7) Check the box to the left of Lost and Found Orders and select Update
Usage 1) In admin, click on Stores 2) Click the plus to the left of your store name 3) Click the plus to the left of Utilities under your store 4) Click the link to the Lost and Found Orders 5) Click the List All Baskets button
